RM40.76 per night

That's how much my home cost. Being a middle class working citizen, having a home doesn't really mean much other then having a place to bunk after a days work. After all, we are out of the house for at least 8 hours. So, the house to me is more like a hotel. I only use it at night. For RM40.76/night it's a pretty good deal.

It pays for:
  • 3 room apartment (with kitchen)
  • 24 hour security (it means there's a guard at the entrance the whole time)
  • in door parking for 2 cars
  • heated shower
  • 5Mbps HSBB by Unifi
  • the use of common facilities, pool, gym, broken sauna, indoor badminton court (advance booking required), tennis court, playground, games room (which is just an empty room with a mahjong table)
  • 5units (assuming it's 5 meter cube) of water/month. Additional charge applicable for overuse

It does not cover:
  • house keeping
